The quote tool

To generate quotes, the form requests your gender, birth date, your self-assessed health status, tobacco or nicotine use, desired coverage amount, and term preference. These responses travel to a carrier-run quoting service for rate generation and are not retained by us. Getting quotes requires no name, mailing address, phone, or email. Identical consecutive requests may draw from a temporary cache rather than querying the carriers again.

Applying

Should you proceed to apply, your responses populate a secure application hosted on the carriers' system, where their privacy terms apply from that point forward. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages all applications.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, the subject matter, and your message. The agency receives the submission via email, using your email to send their response. No copies remain on our servers; we maintain no submission database or archive of message text. A brief anti-abuse verification runs client-side before transmission.

Measurement

We track page visits via a first-party, cookie-free system running on our own domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are created; your IP address is truncated before logging; the source page's search parameters are stripped away; server logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or exercising Global Privacy Control are excluded entirely from measurement.

What we do not do

We refrain from selling or sharing your information, deploying ad-tracking pixels, or embedding third-party analytics code. The sole third-party tool present is the carriers' application platform, accessible exclusively on the application page if you navigate there.
